This is my first one. To start with ,there were many topics but i found it most compatible. Being ambitious or less doesn't really decides our future. We have no idea when and how a person develope his goal, its just the matter of time and circumstances. Most commonly, what we may observe is people around us who are working for thier ambitions, experience different levels of working energy among them every couple of days. You could easily figure out as due to varying self-motivation that purely depends on short termed sucess and thier relationship status.
Its not hard to figure out that if you ought to seek a good and healthy life then you must most keep track of these stuffs i.e., motivation, relationship status, peace of mind.
Make sure you wake up with a sense of positive energy because it leaves a positive effect on each job you perform. Motivational aspect rely on your enthusiasm, desire etc. Most of time while we are conscious, we're busy thinking about something but not allow brain to ease, but we never notice it is important for its efficient and healthy functioning. To overcome this hurdle, we're lucky to have known about meditation. Meditation helps mind ease because when we meditate, our minds stimulation frequency falls into alpha range i.e., 10-12 hz, its known to be most healthiest frequency of human brain. In terms of energy we tend to minimise prevailing negative energy in brain, at the same time time positive energy to take its place.
About relationship status, we've heard by our parents and teachers that we must be polite to everyone. That would affact our life in a negative way. In short, just treat a person in a way he/she deserve or the way you feel like. Accepting undesirable people would surely make no sense and there is always a possiblity of negative energy associated with non-resonablity. Thats why!! be choosey in making friends.
